Summary of Qualifications

As member of the European management team, I was responsible for reshaping the operational and logistic footprint in Europe. The change from a country driven organization towards one European team was the key to success.

General management experience; successfully managing all aspects of a medium sized factory and sales office; selecting, managing and training staff; developing and managing the country budget; establishing and monitoring company goals; and leading key projects. As successful change manager I was responsible to bring a family owned company into a new era with reporting, production and quality standards of a multinational.
